The Lattice Mixing Elements in our High Shear Mixers are very effective in mixing streams at very different rates and viscosities. The HSM shears the streams quickly and has a shorter mixing length compared to helical elements.

Dispersing of gas into liquid (very small droplets) is another perfect application for our HSM mixers.

JLS High Shear Mixers are available with housing pipe, jackets, with injection nozzle(s) or as mixing rods only for installation at on-site pipe. Standard Materials are Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel.
